The Private Beach
The home's beachfront location gives you your very own 110 foot wide private sandy beach with sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay from Plymouth to Provincetown. Sunsets are truly unforgettable and there are miles of coastline to enjoy as well as long walks on the beach.
The Ocean
This particular North (Bay) side beach is a bit unusual, in that the water, usually thought to be colder than the South side of the Cape, is actually warmer due to the warming effect of the Sun on the tidal flats. The hot sun on the sand warms the water as the tide comes in.
