"We are in our 5th year of coming to Mayflower Beach for our summer vacation week, and this house and location will be very hard to beat. The owners simply haven't missed anything, and they were VERY accommodating and professional to deal with. The house is modern and immaculately kept, and the proximity to the beach/ocean is laughably close. Just steps from a favorite local restaurant/bar, a short ride to quality golf courses, it doesn't get much better for vacationers who are looking for a high end week. The sunsets are also world class. Welcome basket on arrival, a well organized renters manual answering all questions about the home and area - from a 1 to a 10 we rate this experience an 11. The owners are good people, and that trumps all...we hope to come back annually."

"This rental is AMAZING! The house is gorgeous and the location doesn't get any better. My two older children (5 and 3) had a blast playing in the sand dunes just outside the deck and loved every second of exploring the beach at low tide. Every bedroom is decorated to perfection and is comfortable and roomy. The kids bunk room is perfect and even has toys for the kids to play with. The house was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. We can't wait to spend more time here next year."

"Absolutely incredible home in a perfect location with the best beach Cape Cod has to offer! Every single room in the house has a view. You can catch each sunrise and each sunset. The decor and amenities (indoors and outdoors) are fabulous. This house has everything you could ever need and then some. We enjoyed it so much, we had a hard time packing our bags to leave. I have rented and visited Cape Cod for the last 10 years and have never experienced anything quite like this. We will definitely come back again next year!!"
