Renters must pay in full at the time of booking.Must be made by bank check.

An additional security deposit of $2,500 must be made at the time of final payment. Security deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.

Rental agreement will be via standard Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors Inc. Vacation / Recreational Lease modified to incorporate the specifics of this property. A sample of the actual lease we use can be found here.
